How to Order
Step One: Consultation
We begin with a consultation to discuss everything that will play a part in your design — colors, themes, locations, materials, photos, music, and styles. I encourage you to bring all fabric swatches, magazine clippings, floral, and anything else that reflects your personality and vision.
Step Two: Proposal & Price
If you are pleased with our initial meeting and would like me to create a design for you, I will need all of your key information — names, dates, wording, venue, etc. — to draft an official mock up with a price quote for the entire project. This process can take a week, depending on the complexity of your design concept and any materials that may need to be priced or sourced. I'll then present the completed proposal via email/text or in person. This will be your primary opportunity to provide feedback, ask questions, suggest design and material changes. You will be asked to proof all punctuation, spelling, dates, type styles and layout.
Step Three: Deposit
If you accept my proposal, I'll have you sign a simple printed agreement noting all of the final materials, colors, styles, prices, due dates, and deliverables that were agreed upon during the proposal process. I will also require a 50% deposit to secure a date on production.
Step Four: Production
I will order all necessary materials, print and begin assembly. This process can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of your order.
Step Five: Payment & Delivery
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full upon delivery.
I will deliver your order directly to you or have them shipped(price may vary and total is due before items are shipped)
Each custom price quote depends on the size, materials and complexity of the finished design.
All Invitation Suites include:
Each design suite can be customized with extra's.
(Prices may vary)
Depending on my schedule and the complexity of your design, I can accept them only on a case-by-case basis. Depending on your design, materials and order size, rush charges range from 20 to 30 percent of the total order. A rush order is typically completed in under a week. For larger orders, this can be 2 weeks.
Change or Cancel orders
Once production has begun I can Increase quantities at an additional cost, but am unable to lower quantities, since materials have been purchased and work has begun.
If you must cancel after a deposit has been made and I have not begun production, I will refund your deposit.
I am unable to cancel or refund any orders that have gone into production, and will require full payment.
